Blog is duplicated and keeps reverting to an earlier version

  My blog keep reverting to an earlier version after I have saved it correctly. After saving and logging out, I check online that everything is fine however a day or two later, the blog reverts to an earlier version which at times even means that media I have uploaded disappears from the media library. Is this problem related to the fact that this same blog appears twice in My Blogs screen? I don’t know why there are two occurrences of the same blog at the My Blogs screen but am wondering if this is causing some sort of synchronisation issue. Help, please.
