Blog is loading slowly

  My site is loading slowly even though I don’t have any big files on there. I am using these plugins:

  Akismet
  All in One SEO Pack
  Broken Link Checker
  Dagon Design Form Mailer
  Digg This
  External Links
  Google Analytics for WordPress
  Google XML Sitemaps
  Ozh’ Admin Drop Down Menu
  Sociable
  Wordpress Automatic Upgrade
  WP Minify
  WP Super Cache

  I’ve used the editor a few times to change some code. My theme is Modularity Lite. Site is http://spokenturd.com/. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this? I also have these random thin black lines at the top and bottom of my page that i can’t seem to get rid of. Any help would be amazing. Thank you.
