/blog is missing and I want it back
-
My blog has static pages and blog pages. (The first page is a static page.)They are all present and accounted for, BUT the address tenwaystopray.com/blog/ no longer leads to the most recent blog. Instead, it leads to a “NOT FOUND” page with a search option. As a result, all of the menu items that were nested under that URL have become unnested, leading to a lot of verbiage at the top of the blog, no matter what page you are on. I’ve finally wrestled some of the items back into their appropriate stacks, but I need /blog back to finish nesting them. (BTW: the static pages all remained in order when this happened, so I don’t believe the ultimate issue is the “menu” feature, though this feature has behaved cantankerously since I began this process 2 years ago—very uncaracteristic compared with the other features.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It sounds to me like you created a static front page but failed to create a page for blog posts to appear on. Or that you you did create a page for posts to appear on but failed to include it in your custom menu.
Create or locate a page for your blog posts to display on go to > Settings > Reading http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ and make the designation change and click “save changes”.
Then go here > Apperance > Menus
and include that page for your posts in your custom menu.

Perfect. I did that two years ago, so when I looked at again this time, I assumed (eroneously) that it should be a blog page, not a static page hosting the blogroll. Thanks so much.
