Blog Is Not Showing Up On Browsers

    Hello,

    The blog http://www.theobamadiary.com isn’t coming up on WordPress when one is using any kind of browser (Safari, Internet Explorer, FireFox, or Google Chrome) on the desktop or laptop. It states the site doesn’t exist but then also states the website is a registered and reserved one. The blog is only showing up on the WordPress app.

    Is WordPress experiencing server and browser issues?

    Hi @utaustinliberal, actually this is a domain issue: the owner requested a refund and the domain is currently cancelled.

    If someone else had been paying for things and now you want to take over, can you get in touch with them, and have them reach out to us? We can help them make the transfer. Please have them get in touch right away, though, before the domain goes into redemption. Or, if that person is you, log out and log back into the correct account and update us here.
