  I found a blog on WordPress which was registered in 2007 and was not at all used whether it is possible to take the name of the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The best bet is to try to contact the current owner via their blog and see if they are willing to give the blog address over to you. It is up to the owner to do so.
