Blog is redirected back to domain hosting site

    Thanks for your email. We checked your domain and arthouse23.com is setup to display our under construction page. The base domain arthouse23.com and http://www.arthouse23.com have been setup to display our under construction since 2009-06-19.
    This is email correspondence with Misk.com support.
    Request to Misk:
    There seems to be a problem with the arthouse23.com domain. It’s showing “ This Domain is Under Construction” instead of it’s normal blog.arthouse23.com. (WordPress) I’m not having any problems with lastfridaycinema.com (also a WordPress blog). I see no expiration issues.

    Now, we see you have blog.arthouse23.com setup to point to joanngilles.wordpress.com and it is definitely pointing to that destination. Your domain has not expired and everything is setup correctly on our side to point blog.arthouse23.com to joanngilles.wordpress.com.

    It appears that your wordpress site is setup to forward to arthouse23.com. So, what’s happening is that when you visit joanngilles.wordpress.com or blog.arthouse23.com, it’s being forwarded by wordpress to arthouse23.com, which is displaying an under construction page. There must have been a change on wordpress’s side and you’ll need to contact them to resolve this issue.

    Is there a question here? Your arthouse23.com resolves just fine to a WordPress.com site – it can take 24 to 72 hours for all the changes to progress across the internet.

    All the name-servers are pointing to WordPress.COM – http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/arthouse23.com
