blog is reserved but does not exist

Sorry It’s not exactly the blog I have here on my account. However, we can’t login to the account in concern so I had to use this.
Anyway, it’s under one of our domain, say, blog.domain.com, but we can’t access it for some reason. So I tried accessing domain.wordpress.com/wp-admin but it says does not exist, yet the blog is reserved.
Please disregard the BLOG URL indicated in this ticket, it is not the blog I’m referring to.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When we register a username account the matching blog URL is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.

If I get it right, you mean the account name that was registered is [abdofficesolutions] which match with the blog URL [abdofficesolutions].wordpress.com, hence it is reserved
if so, is there a way we can access or retrieve that account? -
Hi @jellevan, if you can show you were the original account owner, we have account recovery options here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/Once you’re logged into that account, you will be able to register that site name.
