Blog is temperamental

  I have had this blog for a few months now and am finding it very temperamental. Sometimes it will show up with each entry and at other times it will show the ‘this is an example of a page’. I would much appreciated some assistance to make the blog more reliable and stable if upgrading will ensure this stability I will be happy to do so.
