Blog is very slow to access, then to save, alter etc.

  My blog is incredibly slow – can you help?
  I find it difficult to get on to my blog (to log in) and then once I start to post it takes ages to save, to alter or to do anything to. I think yesterday, in all, it was over an hour slower just to do simple things.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Many thanks – great info from all directions. Will try some DIY based on that advice and see what happens.
