Blog isn’t displaying Photos

Hello there!
It has been quite long since I blogged but I wish to start again. My blog is : https://hoppingacrosscultures.wordpress.com/
It has the ‘Nishita theme’ applied to it. What I realized looking at it now is that I am not able to see pictures in my blog. My blog is primarily focused on travel and photography, and in all my earlier posts I had photos in them but I can’t find anything now.
Can someone tell me why? Or, maybe I am missing something?

Welcome back, Ankur!
The issue could be with your theme, or it could be that you deleted the image files at some point, in which case they will not appear on the site because they’re gone.
Could you send a link to a post or page that should have images but does not? We’ll check it out.
Also, you’ll likely want to update to a newer theme, since retired themes are missing a lot of current features and may even have some conflicts with stuff that’s come along since then. So you may want to be browsing https://wordpress.com/themes/free for options. With many themes you can choose “Try and Customize” to see if you’ll like it.

Where exactly are you trying to reply where you’re getting that error?
To reply on a forum thread, just type in the text box at the bottom, and click the Submit button.

When I replied to ‘Supernovia’ above, I always got the error message :
“ERROR: Your reply cannot be created at this time.” I have no idea why! (I did type in the text box at the bottom and clicked on the Submit button)Anyway, what I wanted to reply to Supernovia was this:

Those images are being hosted at Deviant Art, and the problem is that they’re blocking our CDN from storing them.
We don’t have any control over what they choose to block, so you might want to consider uploading them to your site instead.
As for replying here, first please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Thank you for the solution. You are probably right, the reason images don’t show up on my blog posts is because it’s hosted in DeviantArt and their servers do not let WordPress access it. Thank you so much! :)
By the way, as I had asked earlier do you have any suggestions for some good themes related to Photography that would let me display pictures/images in large format?
As for replying here, I still have the problem so I am not able to figure out why. Here are the details:
1. I am using the latest Google Chrome version 85.0.4183.83
2. I cleared the browser’s cookies and cache
3. I also tried posting a comment after disabling the add-ons.
Any idea why?

Regarding replies to this thread, I think the problem arises when I try to send a reply with many links on it (just my opinion!)
