My blog posts are currently appearing in a long list down the right hand side of my page
How can I get them in rows of 3 similar to the top line of my home page

Your theme is designed to highlight a single page in each of the three homepage blocks.
Right now you have your about page, the “ten small activities” page and your blog page (which, because it’s a blog, displays the post in one column).
If you’d like to display all of your posts in a grid format on your homepage, I would suggest you change your theme. We have a few different ones that can accomplish that.
