Blog layout

Hi, I am wondering how to change the layout of my blog. At the moment I can only see maybe one line of the blog or one or two photos and then you have to click in to see the full article. Is there a way to see the whole blog on one continuos page? Have I perhaps chosen the wrong theme?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The Just Desserts theme automatically shortens the post into a few lines on the home page. You can read about this featured under “Front Page” here:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/just-desserts/
The best way to increase the amount of text shown on the front page would be to make use of the “Excerpt” feature described here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/excerpts/
For example, instead of letting the theme cut the content down, you could manually insert an excerpt into the Edit Post screen. All of the content in the Excerpt area will be displayed on the front page. Can you try adding longer excerpts for your post and let me know if this achieves what you’re looking for?
