Blog length

  Hi,
  Please help me resolve this issue,
  Blog’s length is too long and width is too small.
  Is there any way I can stretch the blog to fit the screen ?

  Hi,

  The Baskerville theme displays posts in three narrow columns on the blog page. There are no format options on Baskerville that address the width of the columns. There are three options that affect the length of the items displayed on the blog page. These options are found at Customize > Content Options > Blog Display, and the options allow you to choose between “a full post or an excerpt for the blog and archive pages, or opt for the theme’s default combination of excerpt and full post.”

  Eliminating one or two of the columns and stretching the width of a column on the blog page might be possible with CSS customization, but I suspect that it would be much easier to switch to another theme which is more compatible with your expectations.

  The blog page of the Baskerville demo displays posts of the same width as the post on your site’s blog page.

  Correct – eliminating the grid on a theme like Baskerville is technically possible with CSS, but it’s way more work than it would be to select a theme that already has the structure and layout you desire :)
