Blog Link from my other Website

When I go into my admin on my website ( not this blog) I activated a link to go from my splash page to my new blog here on WordPress.
When you click on the splash page image on my site it does not open into the blog ~ it opens up to an admin page in WordPress.When you Google my blog AnguillaTurquoiseBlu it comes up and opens up fine!
Why will it not open up when clicking on the Blog Link on my website splash page?
Help appreciated!

What is the URL of your splash page? If it’s the front page then this is the URL http://anguillaturquoiseblu.wordpress.com/

The URL of my other website is http://www.AnguillaEscape.com
I have clicked ” no view” now because of the fact it goes into an admin page for WordPress and not the real blog.
So, if you go to my other site ( not blog site) you will see what I mean on the splash page. The blog image will go in the middle of the other two images.You should be able to click on the blog image and have it direct to wordpress blog of mine.
Is there something I am missing that I did not do during install?
How then can Google pick up my blog link and show it when you click on it?Thanks for your assistance.

You should be able to click on the blog image and have it direct to wordpress blog of mine.
If you need help with uploading the middle image into your website and linking it properly to your wordpress.com blog then you must post to http://wordpress.org/support/ as WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate and on this support forum we provide support only for WordPress.com blog issues. If you don’t have a wordpress.org account you can register a username account there on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to.
