Blog Link not working

  When you go to this page,

  https://pastpresentcontinuous.wordpress.com/category/finance-fridays/

  there are three dots in the bottom, which should supposedly expand the page but they are not working.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is the action bar for visitors to your site who may wish to subscribe. It shows everywhere on your site (and mine) not just that page. I don’t think “expand” means it gets any bigger. Clicking on the three dots displays it and that is as big as it expands to. It either displays or it is clicked away.
