Blog link not working on site

    My blog link worked previously and tonight it stopped. Every time someone clicks on Blog it says ‘page cannot be found’. And the link shows as this:https://sweethealthandfitness.wordpress.com/blog-2__trashed/ which clearly means the blog link has been deleted somehow.
    How do I set up a new blog link on my site that shows all my existing posts?

    I have zero knowledge of technology so I need everything explained as simply as possible.

    If I have to delete the current link, I will but I don’t want to lose old posts.

    Hello fitkiwi1970 ,
    You should be able your Blog from the Menu options.
    Ones you go to the Themes–>Customize–>Menu
    you should be able to see your Menu Home, About ,

    IF you click and Edit the Blog , you can link it to the Posts ,
    And all the Posts you have , and they will appear

    You should be able to select the Posts you have .

    If you scroll down you will find Features and Custom Menu , which will explain you better where to go . Also the page will help you understand your theme better.
