blog link on website doesn’t work

  I need help please. When I type in http://www.1weightlossreviews.com/blog, I can access my blog on my webpage. When I go to my webpage (http://www.1weightlossreviews.com) and click on my blog link, the header is ok, but instead of where the blog posts are supposed to be is a message (Not Found–Apologies this is not the page you are looking for), but the blog comes back up if you click on the Home button at the top of the page. What did I do wrong? Does anyone have an answer?
