My blog loads / opens extremely slow or sometimes it doesn’t even load properly. Of course that is a huge problem, because followers can’t open my blog!
Can you help me to change that? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
The first thing I noticed when loading your site is that there’s your images are large, and are likely causing the slow load time. I’d recommend our guide on optimising images:
Let me know how you get on with that or if you have any extra questions.

Thank you! But do I have to delete all my pictures and change the size? Or is there a more simple way it can load faster?

I ran you site through Google’s speed test, and it’s indicating the images on your site are still the main cause of the slow load time on desktop:
If you go that link, you’ll see that specific details of the images that could be optimised are given. Can you check that out and let me know if you have any questions?

I understand that the pictures are too big and I work on that. But a lot of people can’t even open the blog!
I didn’t have the problems with my old layout and there the pictures were also a large size.
I need to change this problem asap, because people can’t read the blog and I lose followers. -
I can see you were previously using the Sight theme before Cubic. Cubic’s posts page, by design, is very image heavy. You can see that a relatively large image is pulled in for each of your posts, which is why it’d be slower to load than a theme like Sight.
An option is for you to reduce the number of posts that are showing on your posts page, this will reduce the amount of images being loaded on that page and could therefore help with the loading time. To do this, head to Settings > Reading in WP Admin:
https://stylebymmarie.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php
Lower the number next to ‘Blog pages show at most’ and scroll down to ‘Save Changes.’
Hope that helps out.
