  I just want regarding the upload of my Blog’s logo, do i need to crop it or just remain like that

  Are you talking about a header image? If so, I always recommend cropping it in a good image editing program to the exact size needed for your specific theme (size listed at appearance > header in your dashboard). That way you get the best quality.
