Blog looks different on different computers

  Hi, I’m new to WordPress and have been spending hours trying to get it right before releasing it. I got everything perfectly the way I want it on my computer, and then when I went onto the blog on my Nexus tablet, the header image only appeared as a box with a question mark in the middle of it. When I clicked onto the blog on another computer, it looked awful, with no header image or any elements of the blog theme I’d chosen. What is going on and how can I make my blog appear the same on every computer/android/iphone etc.?

  Would really really appreciate any help or advice! I have custom design, but when anyone says to go and edit css I have no idea where I have to go on my dashboard to edit css.

  What are you talking about? I believe you misunderstood. . You simply copy and paste what you posted above into a CSS Forum thread and wait for help in it.
