  I am customizing my site and have run into a few hiccups…
  On my home page, I want to add a picture as a background where it says Welcome.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi There,

  You have Radcliffe 2 theme in your site. To select background image please follow below steps and refer tutorial

  Summary of steps –
  1. Go to Dashboard
  https://simplyheartco.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
  2. Left Side panel select -> Appearance
  3. Select -> Customize
  4. Select -> Left Panel -> Colors & Backgrounds
  5. Left Panel -> Background section -> Select Image button
  6. Choose background Image and review the effect in right side panel.
