  I have attempted to search for my blog even using most of the blog url and have not succeeded. I am wondering if my blog is made public?

  To check up your site vibility, follow these steps:
  – Click My Sites > WP Admin
  – Settings > Reading
  – In site visibility, make sure the first option is selected: ” Allow search engines to index this site”
