  Dear fellow bloggers,
  A friend and I want to create a blog that (hopefully) will have
  a group of contributing members in the future. We want to provide
  these members with the opportunity to upload a profile that has
  space for things like a statement, Resume and set of links. Is
  there a widget or DIY option for something like that?

  Without a link to your blog we cannot help you. Your Facebook page is not relevant to this forum; please change the link to your WP.com blog so we can take a look.

  Done, I’m not even sure how that got there. As you can tell, I’m new to the wordpress world.

  You can’t see your profile in your blog because they only show up on the automated About pages or on the Authors widget link. If your blog doesn’t have those things, you’ll need to make an About page or Profile page and put the info there yourself.
