  Want my posts to show in order, most recent at top

  The way you want your posts to appear is the default for a WordPress blog. Some of your posts have been marked as “sticky” posts causing them to show at the top of the usual order. If you remove that designation on those posts, you should be sorted out as you want.

  That being said, this is a forum for sites here at WordPress.com and using the version of WordPress hosted here.
