  I want to get rid of my self hosting website name and just use the free wordpress address. How do I go about this. Somebody please help. My current blog is http://www.ambercarly.com.au

  You can import content to your site from another site to WordPress.com but before you can do an import, you’ll first need to export the other site’s content into a file you can upload to WordPress. When you have your file ready, head for the import page.
