Blog Missing

I was working on my blog last night and signed in this morning to an older verison of WordPress 4.6.1 and now all my pages, pictures and posts are missing. There appears to be a whole new account. Will I be able to get my blog back to its original self?

This forum is for questions regarding WordPress.com accounts and websites. It appears the site you are seeking support for is self hosted and this forum does not handle questions for self hosted sites.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. Difference between the two?
