Blog missing – Abuse case need for court – cannot fill out ticket for help

    Hi,
    I’ve had to make a new account to post here to get help.
    I tried to find an old blog of mine from a couple years ago – probably started it in about 2013 and last updated it around 2017/2018. I do not remember the email used nor the user name. It asks me to imput email or username then when I try emails it could be it tells me to use username, so that makes no sense to me. I tried to do a pw reset to see if anything would be sent to my accounts and nothing. I tried filling out a support ticket but they require things I don’t think I ever recall receiving – maybe my blog is too old, I’m not sure.

    The website should have been shitmyfilsays.wordpress.com

    If someone in support could reach out to me I would appreciate it. I can provide just about any info but these verification codes. I need this website back up or at least able to extract the data or whatever you can do and willing to pay to have the site hosted (it was free) this is the only record I have online of multiple years of abuse I will need for court.

    Did you perhaps have a WordPress blog, hosted somewhere else like GoDaddy? Then you should reach out to them. It would have a different URL like shitmyfilsays.com or .blog or .ca or whatever.

    If the site was set up on the open source WordPress.org software then you’d need to contact your hosting provider or go to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to get help.

    Hi thanks for the reply,
    I know Xadriank is not connected to the blog. I had to log into this other account to be able to post in the support forums. I know the blog was on wordpress.com and done through the website, not the .org software. At first I just tried to go to the url without logging in and it says url is available for use/like the sites been taken down etc. It’s been a couple years since logging into the website (3 or so). Could it have been taken down for some reason? Maybe due to the title?

    Could you confirm whether it could have been taken down?

    That site address has never been registered in our records. Is there a typo in shitmyfilsays.wordpress.com? Or do you recall the username associated with that site?
