Blog missing:Changed Username & Requested a new blog be created w/ the same name

  Changed the username and selected the option to have a new blog with the same name created during that process. The username changed but now there is *no blog* listed. Only the option is to create a new blog.

  Desperate, I tried that but it states that the blog name is taken which technically should be true as is requested it during the username change process but it’s not there. I think something went wrong during the username process. Please help…

  According to wordpress.com, the blog I requested, scriptaholic.wordpress.com, was available at the time that I changed the username. It seems to not have been created as it should have but I can’t see it… :-(

  Sorry about that! I think I’ve got everything sorted out for you now. You can change your blog name, if you wish to do so, by going to the Dashboard and updating the title under Settings > General.

  The good news is that there is a blog there now but it’s still the old one.

  When I changed my username to scriptaholic, I had also selected the option to create a new blog with the same name and discard the old one. Instead of kjbusinessarchitects.wordpress.com, it should be scriptaholic.wordpress.com. It allowed me to attain scriptaholic.wordpress.com but I don’t see it.
