Blog monetisation with wordads

  If I were to purchase the business plan for my blog
  Kosmiceffect.wordpress.com , will ads be displayed on an immediate basis as I recall reading , business plan owners do not have to get approval or will my blog be subject to approvals of any sort in order to display ads ?

  Ads will be displayed as soon as ad providers bid on the placement, which is typically immediately.
