blog move to new account with same url if I own both accts?

    I’ve read all the help info I could find and have some questions. Here is what I’ve done so far:
    1. developed blog englishautousa.wordpress.com on my personal account
    2 created a NEW account engslishauto at wordpress.com with a new email address with me as admin
    3 downloaded and uploaded blog englishautousa.wordpress.com to the new acccount, where the url is englishauto.wordpress.com. moved all content and reattached media to make it identical in function and look

    Now I want to change the url to make the new blog englishautousa.wordpress.com at the customer account and abandoning it forever from my account, although I will remain administrator at the new account. This I envisioned as an interim step to the final goal, which is purchasing the domain name upgrade so that the blog will be permanently known as englishautousa.com and will stay at wordpress.com. Customer has an existing web site http://www.englishautousa.com at godaddy with most of a 3 yr contract remaining and I have the admin access needed to do the nameserver changes at the godaddy account. Intent is to abandon the site at godaddy. Blog englishautousa.wordpress.com is in production use.

    Is this what will happen if I use the transfer blog tool? Or must the blog stay at my account to get to englishautousa.com after all is done? Note that englishauto.com is in use so that’s not an option.

    So I guess the question really is: “can I move a blog from one account to another and keep the url if I own both accounts?”

    If you feel like responding it would be good information to help understand if the situation I described falls under the policy of not re-using or re-issuing blog names.

    I was able to do “forward and mask” to redirect the godaddy domain to the blog I wanted to target, so my issue is resolved.

    tks anyway, I am a strong supported of the support effort at wp.com.
