BLOG NAME

Hi, there’s a blog here on WordPress.com that has the name I want to have on my blog, though this person haven’t used her blog since -08, and the last entry she posted was about moving her blog to another site, so I wonder whether there is any possibility that her blog can be deleted so that I can use the blog name? :)

Your only chance is to leave a comment on the blog asking if they would consider transferring the blog. Once a name is deleted it is gone forever. They also may be using the blog for an API number for a WordPress.ORG self hosted site.
WordPress.COM will not give out any contact information about blog owners.

Yeah I did leave a comment asking whether the person possibly could consider deleting her blog, though I’m not quite sure she will see it since she haven’t been using it for two years… And the new blog of hers is gone, so I can not contact her in any other way.
And I’m pretty sure it’s a WordPress.COM blog since it ends with “wordpress.com” :)But thanks anyway for trying to help me :D

DON’T ask them to delete the blog. If they do, it will be gone forever. Blog names/URLs are NOT recycled.
You want to ask them to transfer it to you.
