Blog name

  Hi, I changes by wordpress blog name today and I changed my mind and would like to go back to my old name but every time I try to do that it tell me the name is already taken but I still have the original name attached to my account. If i delete that old name can i reuse the old name again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I may disappoint you, but once a blog name(address) is changed, you cannot go back to the old address again. The old address is kept reserved so that it cannot be registered by anyone(not even by the original owner). This is done to keep your blog from being impersonated by someone else.

  That’s the reason why there are multiple warnings given so that you can think twice before proceeding with the action.

  I am really sorry about this.

  However,

  Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts.
