  I want DJICE.wordpress.com but it’s reserved. How do people get to reserve blog names. I think it’s a glitch on your database. Anywho, please free up the blogname. Nobody is using it.

  Hi, @ikcentric,

  There is no way to free up a .wordpress.com site name, as once it is active it is reserved to protect the original owner. It is awesome when you are the original owner but frustrating, I know, when you want the site name.

  Sorry, I don’t have better news for you, maybe a custom domain name? The Personal Plan will get that for you, if one you want is available.
