Hello,
I created a blog (www.stylishijabi.wordpress.com) and I tried to transfer my posts from (Blogger) at the first try ONLY HALF of each post transferred so I removed the all posts and reset the importer and in the second try only a draft transferred. So, I deleted my blog, thinking I would start all over but I can’t recreate a new blog with the same name. Can I please recreate a blog with the same name (stylishijabi.wordpress.com)? I have created other blogs but it is not the same I have the other blog with stylishijabi name

Deleted blog URLs here are not recycled. That’s why 3 warnings are given and why a vertfication link in an email that must be clicked is sent in order to accomplish deletion.

You can register your own domain by purchasing a domain mapping upgrade and then it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
