  Hi, I have a problem. I had a blog at wordpress and I deleted it. I used that blog as an exercise. I was curious how wordpress works, and I thought to create a practice blog. when I deleted the blog I wanted to create a new one (this time a real one) but I was using another email address that I don’t use anymore. now the name that I want for my blog is not available anymore. I would realy like to use that name for my blog. can I use it after a while or it’s locked forever and ever?

  Once a blog is deleted the name is gone forever, as bloggers acknowledge during the deletion process:

  Delete Blog

  that’s so bad :( but it’s somehow strange. even TLDs (top level domains) are reusable. but if that’s the rule I guess I have to live with it and think of something else.
  by the way, I read about the deletion of a blog, but I thought that after a time I can reuse it.
