  I don’t know which “secondary blog” you are referring to.
  Please post an active link to it starting with http://

  Note: Change a blog title and/or tagline
  Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
