  Hi
  I made blog with name picsane.wordpress.com on my account, then I deleted it.
  I want to use this name with brand new account and system displays that this name is already taken but I deleted it before. Can you fix this.

  No, WordPress never recycle blog names.

  No, sorry there is no possibility to use any deleted name
