  I joined WP a few months ago. Using juniper1982.wordpress.com as a blog. But I deleted it.
  Now i would like to re-used it but it says “Sorry, that site already exists!”
  When you go to the link, i get following message “juniper1982.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this site.”.

  I dont get it. If it has been deleted, I could re-used, right?

  No, sorry! Once a site is deleted, neither the site content nor its url are recoverable.
