Blog name and blog adress – is that the same thing??

  Hi, new at WP and I have a rookie question. Is the blog adress and blog name the same? Because from Menu – My blogs it appears that has the adress iheartfabulous.wordpress.co. But the name field is empty? How do I change that? Anyone?

  This is the blog address AKA as the blog URL > http://iheartfabulous.wordpress.com/
  The Blog Title and oprtional Tagline can be changes at any time here > Settings > General.
