  I do not need this blog name anymore. If anyone would like it, please let me know otherwise I’ll delete it.

  Not likely someone in the forum will be interested – usually people come here when they find a name and don’t know how to contact the blog owner

  Your best bet is to put a Post on the front page to the effect that if someone wants the blog to contact you – the either make a contact form for them to contact you with or just make sure your comments are set to require moderation (an email is sent to you for approval) and ask anyone interested to leave a comment

  But don’t delete it! That would make the address unavailable for anyone interested.

  If you don’t want to see it in your list of sites, change it under Dashboard>My Blogs (not the “My blogs” on the front page of WordPress.com) from being visible to hidden.
