Blog name change

  I had a free blog (BLOG1). I spelled a word wrong in the blog. Then I created a second blog with the right name before I learned how to change a blog url (BLOG 2). I renamed the one that I want to use (BLOG 2). It is gone now. I want to rename BLOG1 to BLOG2 but it says it is taken. What do I do.

  I want to change:
  studentssaveanimials.wordpress.com
  to
  studentssaveanimals.wordpress.com (I had this name too I just didn’t want to port everything)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  https://studentssaveanimals.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.

  Deleing any .wordpress.com blog URL is not easily done. One has to ignore threee warnings stating that deletion is permanent and irreversible.. That;’s because Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
