Blog Name Change Failed

So I changed the blog name so the new blog address is http://www.commercialmanagementconsulting.wordpress.com, however the name on the profile has not changed to match the new blog name which was cmconsultingireland (or cmconsultingireland.wordpress.com). Help!?

Sorry, to clarify the name http://www.cmconsultingireland.wordpress.com was the old name, ignore my mistake in the above post – the address changed but not the name on hte profile, so if you click on the link above you can see the name at the top of the profile is still ‘cmconsultingireland’

As we Volunteers cannot help with this issue, please report this directly to Staff. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

I just recalled something Staff (macmanx) said that I can refer you to.
Blog names are the same as usernames for the most part. Usernames can be turned into blog names, but blog names cannot be turned into usernames. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cant-change-username-because-i-use-same-display-name?replies=5#post-694997

Cheers for the quick response timethief, but does that mean I can’t do anything and am stuck with the ‘cmconsultingireland’ name on the blog?
