blog name change – Home title still links to old blog

  last week i changed the name of my wu wei blog from
  ghmrocktownsend.wordpress.com to rocktowsend.wordpress.com.

  All is updated apart from the Home title still attempts to link to ghmrocktownsend front page – which no longer exists.

  would anyone be able to offer some expertise on how to fix?

  If you navigate to Appearance>Menus in your dashboard, do you have a custom menu configured there? If so, is there a link for Home there that is hard-coded to ghmrocktownsend.wordpress.com rather than rocktowsend.wordpress.com?
