  When I post to another blog, how do I make my name and photo clickable to go to my blog?

  Go to Dashboard ->Users ->Your Profile

  update your (url, nickname . . . ) info and hit “update profile”

  Badsneaker, thank you. I have my website url in there but it doesn’t seem to be working. In my nickname I just have the name – that is correct – I can change that name at will, it will just be what shows up and then when clicked on it will take me to my url, yes?

  Your blog URL here will only be automatically linked to your blog when you comment on a wordpress.com blog, and only when you are logged into your blog. Self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.org (typically have “powered by wordpress” in the footer) will not automatically link to your blog. The easiest way to tell is if you are logged into your wordpress.com account, and you go to comment on a blog, and the name, email address and website fields are not above the comment box, you are on a wordpress.com blog and it will be automatic. If the fields do show up when you are logged in, then you are not on a wordpress.com blog, and you will have to enter them manually.

  It will also not automatically link at blogs on other platforms such as blogger or livejournal.
