  Name I want doesn’t exist, but is reserved. I wanted the address http://www.kmdouglas.wordpress.com

  It does not exist, but is reserved. Is there any way for me together this address?

  When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username account.

  Setting that aside, you can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
