  Hi, I just signed up but my blog name is not correct!!! How am I able to edit it before I get started?!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you purchase an upgraded plan http://wordpress.com/pricing?

  Were you expecting the URL to be http://theauthenticself.blog?

  If your answers are yes then had 72 hours passed since the purchase?

  How domain mapping works
  Registering an underlying .wordpress.com URL first is required for domain mapping. What domain mapping does is providing a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL .wordpress.com to the original content. It can take up to 72 hours for domain propagation to take place throughout the internet but it doesn’t usually take that long. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

  Welcome to WordPress.com! If you want to change the site title that is displayed on your blog, click on the Customize button next to Themes on your Dashboard. From there you can edit your site title.

  If there is a typo in the name, you can change the domain name under My Sites Section–>Domains.
