blog name not showing up on Facebook

  Greetings Lovely Bloggers-I need some help. When I make a post on my blog, that post then gets shared on my Facebook account. My issue is that my post is not showing my blog name, underneath the partial post, it shows “by song” and under that “wordpress.”
  I want my blog name to show. It is also showing my personal Facebook picture instead of my blog site picture.
  Is there any way to change this? I have search and searched. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.
