Blog Name Taken – but when i google it – it says no activity

    I am trying to register a blog name. When I enter into wordpress it states it is already taken.

    I receive the following message on the page when I put it into the http:

    The authors have deleted this blog. The content is no longer available.
    You can create your own free blog on WordPress.com.

    Is there anyway that I can get the name or get in touch with the author to see if I can get the blog name?

    There is no way to get the blog name. WordPress.COM does not recycle blog names and since the original blog has been deleted, there is nothing to “get” from the author.
