Blog name unavailable but blog with name is deleted.

  I have been trying to use the blog name for years now, to go along with my twitter and tumblr accounts. However, when trying to create it it says that it isn’t available. And when I navigate to that blog it says it has been deleted. It’s been like this for 3 years now. Why can’t I use it?

  Blog names are never recycled once they are deleted – not even to the original owner – that is just the rule here and the way it works –
