  Can my user name also be my blog name? I have a user name of “ellevj” but when I attempt to create a blog with that name I can’t. It’s been years since I’ve been on here so it’s possible that I had one and deleted it before, I’m really not sure.

  Our records show that you deleted the blog ellevj.wordpress.com on 9 January 2010.

  We do not recycle blog addresses, but you can create a new blog with a different address at any time by going to http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/ .
